3. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
4. Bookings & Payments
- All sessions must be booked through our official platform.
- Payment must be completed before confirmation.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once received.
By making a payment, you agree to our No Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling depends on availability.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. No Emergency Service
This service is not designed for emergencies.

- Suicidal thoughts
- Risk of self-harm
- Immediate danger

We are not responsible for crisis outcomes.

- Record sessions without written consent
- Attempt to misuse the platform
Violation may result in termination of service without refund.

- Illegal activity is suspected
Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in exceptional situations.
