This Refund Policy describes the rules regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by The Listener.
By booking a session or making a payment on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made for listening sessions are final and non-refundable.
Once a session is booked and payment is completed:
- No refund will be issued
- No partial refund will be issued
- No refund will be given for unused sessions
This policy applies to all users without exception.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We may allow rescheduling under the following conditions:
- Request must be made at least 24 hours before the session
- Rescheduling depends on availability
- Only one reschedule may be allowed per booking
If rescheduling is not possible, the payment will remain non-refundable.
4. Missed Sessions
If you miss your scheduled session:
- The session will be considered completed
- No refund will be issued
- No replacement session will be guaranteed
Users are responsible for joining on time.
5. Late Cancellation
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session:
- No refund will be issued
- No reschedule is guaranteed
6. Technical Issues
We are not responsible for session interruption caused by:
- Internet problems
- Device issues
- Power failure
- Third-party platform errors
In such cases, refund is not guaranteed.
We may reschedule at our discretion.
7. Emergency Situations
The Listener is not an emergency, therapy, or medical service.
Refunds will not be issued because of emotional outcomes, dissatisfaction, or personal expectations.
8. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway fees, transaction fees, or processing charges are non-refundable.
Even if a refund is approved in rare cases, gateway charges may be deducted.
9. Exceptions (If Approved by Us)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was charged twice
- Session could not be provided due to our fault
- Technical error from our side
Refund approval is solely at our discretion. If approved refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original source.
10. Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If a user files a chargeback without contacting us:
- Account may be suspended
- Future bookings may be blocked
- Legal action may be taken if required
11. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
